Information We Collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and delivery address. This information is used solely to process and deliver your order.
How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information to fulfill orders, communicate about your purchases, and improve our services. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Payment Security
All payments are processed through Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We never store your card details or mobile money PINs on our servers.
Cookies & Analytics
Essential storage keeps your shopping bag and wishlist available. Optional analytics starts only after you accept it. We record storefront visits, product views, bag additions, checkout progress and marketing sources in Supabase, and use Vercel Analytics as a separate reference. A pseudonymous browser ID expires after 30 days of inactivity; your consent choice lasts 180 days. Marketing credit uses the last identifiable non-direct source within 30 days. Behavioural records are kept for 400 days; purchase, refund and discount records follow order retention. Behavioural events exclude names, contact details, addresses, personalisation, measurements, payment credentials and arbitrary URL query strings. You can reject or withdraw analytics using the footer Analytics preferences link. Withdrawal stops collection and clears this browser’s analytics IDs and queued events. Existing financial records remain with your order.

Order Emails & Checkout Reminders
We use Resend to send payment receipts and order/refund updates. If you opt in during checkout, we also store your name, email and selected item names/quantities to send one reminder after 24 hours if you do not complete your purchase. You can stop reminders using the unsubscribe link in the email. Reminder records and email bodies are removed after 90 days; we retain a minimal email preference record to honour unsubscribe links. Essential order and refund messages are separate from optional reminders.
